One pot pasta puttanesca style

Ingredients

  • Pasta400 g
  • Peeled tomatoes40 cl
  • Onion1
  • Cloves of garlic3
  • Capers1 tbsp
  • Pitted black olives2 tbsp
  • Anchovy fillets6
  • Salt pepper

Preparation of the recipe: one pot pasta puttanesca style

  1. Peel and finely chop the onion, peel and squeeze the garlic cloves.
  2. In a large saucepan, arrange the raw pasta, peeled tomatoes, capers, olives, onion and anchovies cut in half.
  3. Add 60 cl of water, bring to the boil then lower the heat. Cook covered for 12 minutes.
  4. Salt, pepper, and mix well. Serve with grated Parmesan.
