Dr Danguir’s diet
Three real meals a day:
Before 9:00 am: At will: coffee or tea + milk (normally sweet) + bread or rusks or cereals + honey or fruit or juice + 1 egg or yogurt.
Before 2:00 pm: pasta or couscous or rice + meat or fish or poultry + vegetables .. (normal cooking). For dessert, no fruit but rather a yogurt or chocolate (1 very small portion).
Before 6:00 pm: It is actually a small snack that you can afford (grilled meats, salad soup, etc.) but in a reduced quantity.
After 6:00 p.m .:
No contact with food: Only unsweetened drinks (water, tea, coffee, herbal teas) are allowed.
fries, crème fraîche, mayonnaise, sodas, chewing gum, dried fruits, croissants, sweeteners and especially Snacks
For people suffering from overweight and obesity, this diet is an effective solution.
Sweeteners: This is the biggest scam. You should know that these sweeteners cause the same secretion of insulin as regular sugar. They are therefore worse than sugar since they cause hypoglycemia and greater hunger and, consequently, more and more frequent food intake. All “light” products make you fat more than normal products. I know I’m messing around a bit, but this is physiological reality ”.
the principle is simple between 7 and 9 am breakfast everything is allowed coffee tea milk slightly sweetened no sweetener »forbidden« cereals toast jam honey, eggs. No croissant too.
9 am banging it’s over no more food you missed the hour, no breakfast will be coffee tea without sugar no snacking ”prohibited. «
12 and 2 p.m. lunch dough at will rice, legs, couscous with any type of meat except lamb is fatty, eggs if you want (no bread except at breakfast you can) light sauce with pasta couscous you normally eat it with its sauce and vegetables. The fries once a week.
