1-Do not exceed 2 or 3 ingredients: a liquid, fruits / vegetables and products that enhance the taste and texture.

2- Prefer vegetable milks especially if you are following one of our slimming diets

3-Free your imagination when it comes to fruits and vegetables, because most of them mix well.

4-Do not venture too much with spices because some have difficulty in combining.

For a light texture, favor fruit juice or water or coconut water. For a creamy and delicious effect, add Greek yogurt, or even your favorite ice cream.

  • Recipe 1:
  • a cup of pineapple in small pieces, you can use fresh or frozen pineapple
  • an orange
  • a banana
  • two tablespoon of oatmeal
  • a spoon of flax seeds
  • a spoon of dried coconut without added sugar
  • 250 ml of water
